聖經--路加福音 第六章  第41節 為甚麼看見你弟兄眼中有刺，卻不想自己眼中有梁木呢？
聖經--路加福音 第六章  第42節 你不見自己眼中有梁木，怎能對你弟兄說‘容我去掉你眼中的刺’呢？你這假冒為善的人！先去掉自己眼中的梁木，然後才能看得清楚，去掉你弟兄眼中的剌。
有一天早上，李先生在廚房準備早餐，在使用微波爐後不到一分鐘，在一旁的爸爸，就馬上說要把插頭拔掉．李先生對於他的爸爸的催促，顯的有點不悅．但也不想多說什麼．轉身卻看到他爸爸使用的電鍋還一直插著．一直讓他保溫，要從早上６點多一直到
１０點多有４個多小時．李先生此時反問他父親，為什麼電鍋要插那麼久的時間，父親開始做長篇大論的解釋．此時李先生不願與父親做爭辯．只是心中有一個很重要的結論：以後我要謹慎自己的言語，當我在要求別人的時候，我要想一想，我有沒有做得比他好．
如果做得沒有比對方還要好，我是否應該要先檢討自己，修正自己，然後謹慎自己的口，不要使自己的口犯罪．
如果是對方真的做的不好，我是否可以用溫柔的話，好好的勸告他呢？
這樣就可以使自己的靈性更加提昇．
