        103/06/27晚上回到家，一進到房間時，突然感到有點不太一樣，

再仔細一看，發現了掛在床頭上牆壁的結婚照，因為繩子斷了而掉下來了，剛好掉在睡覺的枕頭上，這時心中有無限的感動。此時此刻的心情，難以用言語來表達。雖然四周安靜無聲，但是在靈裏，卻是充滿著許多自問自答的對話。

自問：如果是晚上睡覺的時候，掉下來會怎麼樣？

自答：我會頭破血流，送醫院急救。

自問：　神免去了我的災禍，是要告訴我什麼嗎？

自問：　神是不是要提醒我什麼呢？

自問：　神啊！你一直都在我身邊嗎？

自答：是的！　神一直都在我身邊。

自問：我是不是有做了什麼過錯，

　　　或是什麼隱而未現的錯，我自己不知道呢？

自答：　神啊！我願意反省，求祢告訴我，指導我，我願意改過。

雖然四周無聲無息，但給我的衝擊卻很大。感謝　神給我一顆敏銳的心，能夠時時體察　神的心意。我們當以主的心意為心意，以此為目標前進。

要好好珍惜身邊的人--------To cherish the people around

我們每天生活中會遇到很多不同的人，很多不同的事情．

很多事情在生活中都不是我自己可以獨自完成的．

很多事情都是須要大家互相幫忙才能解決的．

甚至自己是無法解法．

如果我們每天都在想“我能為別人做什麼”，“我能幫助別人什麼”

如果我們能付出的越多，我們存在價值越高，

如此我們的生命會不斷的發光發熱．

有一位年輕人，在公司中他的主管並不是很喜歡他．

但這位年輕人在工作上一樣很認真，努力的完成要做的事情．

並不因為他的主管的關係而影響他的工作態度．

這年輕人也覺得這主管平常不會想理會他，

所以這年輕人認為這主管不在乎他，有他也好，沒有他也好．

直到有一天別單位的要找他過去他的單位．他就主動告訴他的主管．

結果他主管的反應讓他嚇一跳，這主管不希望這年輕人離開，

這年輕人心想他主管不是不喜歡他嗎？那為何不讓他走呢？

是因為他在這裏幫主管處理很多事情，已經成為主管的依賴了，

主管雖然不喜歡他，但也很難捨棄他，這年輕人因為他有好表現，

別單位的要來找他，於是這年輕人想走了。他想去一個別人喜歡他的地方。

我們對待我們身邊的人，是不是常常不懂的好好珍惜，對他很冷淡，經常嫌棄他。

但是被你嫌的人，在別人的眼中卻是一個寶，你嫌棄他，別人卻搶著要。

真的要好好珍惜身邊對你好的人，好好善待幫忙你的人。不要等到有一天他要離開你的時候，你才在難過，捨不得，那時已經為時已晚了。

曾經我和一個朋友吃飯，在吃飯的過程中，他不斷的向我訴苦，所說的話很多都是悲觀的，負面的。我只是靜靜的去聽，眼神專注的看著他。就這樣，不知不覺講了3小時。而在這當中，我說沒幾句話。我沒有說什麼大道理勸告他。只是靜靜的聽他說。讓他將心中的不滿全部發洩出來，將心中的垃圾都倒在我身上。當要結束離開的時候，他帶著感激，愉快的心情看著我，並且一直向我說謝謝。我告訴他我都沒有安慰你什麼，他告訴我＂你能靜靜的，專心聽我講完。就是最好的安慰了。＂我聽了也覺得很不好意思。
後來我想到了幾個結論：
１‧在每一家庭，每一天，多多少少都要倒垃圾，如果2~3天沒有倒垃圾，家裏就會有不好聞的味道。如果一星期沒有倒垃圾，我想全家都會感覺不自在。
同樣的，我們人體也是一樣，每天都要正常排便，保持身體健康。如果一星期沒有排便，身體健康就會出問題了。肉體是如此，情緒也是如此。情緒也有垃圾，也是須要清理，找人傾訴也是一個好方法。
２‧傾聽別人痛苦的傾聽者，自己心裏要有一個心理準備。就是說話不要多，要多聽；不要指責，只要建議。

結論：既然要當個垃圾桶，就要知道別人丟給你的東西，一定是垃圾，你必須要很樂意的幫他處理。不可以去責備他。如果你會去責備他，那你就不夠資格去當別人的垃圾桶。也無法真正的做一個安慰者。

這就是一句話了。也算是有智慧的表現了。

同樣的事情又再發生了，我不再生氣，不再煩燥的時候，

這樣的事情才不會再發生，因為你已經學會了這門功課．

如同當學生的時候，如果有一題數學題目，每次都寫錯，

那麼老師每次考試都一定會考這一個題目．等到有一天，

學生都寫對了，老師就不會再出這一題了．老師會再出另外再難的題目了．
